About the Role

We’re looking for a high-energy, people-loving General Manager to help lead our ice cream shop to sweet success and help establish a new legacy with our new retail concept established in 2012—That Burger Joint. You’ll be the right-hand hero to the District Manager, keeping operations smooth, customers happy, and the vibes as fun as our flavors.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading and motivating our awesome scoop squad

• Delivering top-tier customer service (with extra sprinkles!)

• Managing shifts, schedules, and daily operations

• Keeping the shop sparkling clean and organized

• Handling inventory and making sure we never run out of fan favorites

• Jumping into scoop, serve, and celebrate with customers

• Managing shifts and daily operations

• Community relations and customer experience

What We’re Looking For

• Responsible for operating both co-branded concepts within 1 physical location.

• A positive, upbeat attitude

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Lead, supervise, and train all employees in every phase of product preparation, including product portioning, packaging, and cleaning duties

• Manage cost controls and inventory.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment

• Weekend and evening availability

Physical Requirements

• Carry up to 50lbs

• Stand and walk on a hard surface for 9-10 hours per day

• Tolerate up to 45 minutes in a walk-in cooler at temperature as low as 32 degrees F during inventory

• Tolerate up to 35 minutes in a walk-in Freezer at temperature at -10 degrees F during inventory and stocking
