Compensation & Schedule

Salary: $45,000 – $55,000 annually
Schedule: 5-day work week
• Monday – Friday OR
• Sunday night – Friday morning
(Must be available for either schedule)

What You’ll Do (Driving & Delivery)

As a Home Delivery Driver, you are the face of our company! You’ll safely deliver fresh dairy and grocery products directly to customers’ homes while providing exceptional service.

• Conduct pre- and post-trip truck inspections (DOT required)
• Log hours of service (driving, on-duty, off-duty, etc.)
• Pick warehouse orders and load delivery trucks
• Deliver products within assigned routes
• Navigate routes using GPS
• Follow all DOT regulations and company safety standards
• Use handheld scanners to track deliveries and inventory
• Lift and carry crates (up to 50 lbs), including overhead lifting
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Provide outstanding customer service with every delivery

Non-Driving Responsibilities

• Clean trucks using power washer and shop vac
• Organize and maintain truck barn areas
• Pick and prepare warehouse orders
• Crate and stack glass bottles
• Operate industrial bottle-washing equipment

What You Bring

• Valid driver’s license (Class C in IL)
• Clean driving record with no traffic violations
• Previous delivery driving experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in refrigerated conditions (33–38°F)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment
• Ability to drive safely in various weather and traffic conditions
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
• High School Diploma or GED
